Triangle Parishioners Visit Peru Communities
Twelve representatives of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Northern Virginia visited ministries in Peru served by friars Christopher Dunn, Anthony Wilson and Carlos Sarmiento-Diaz in a recent mission trip.

Vocation Update: Summer Insight & Wisdom Now Available
The summer issue of Insight & Wisdom newsletter is available online and in hard copy. The Province's Vocation Ministry also reports its upcoming plans to launch a blog in late summer.

With the climate change bill approved by Congress, the Franciscan Action Network has turned its focus to healthcare reform and opposition of a fence to keep immigrants out of the country.

Fr. Thomas Washburn, the vocation and communications director of the IC Province based in New York City, has been named chairman of the American Franciscan Liturgical Commission.
